Securing your information
Two-step verification is now available on the member app and Online Member Services. While you don’t have to use it, we strongly recommend further safeguarding your personal information.
Once set up, here's how you log in:
- Step 1: Password – your existing one; this only changes if you reset it.
- Step 2: Verification code – new each time, delivered by SMS, email or app.
Alternatively, app users can log in faster by choosing to enable biometrics (e.g. Face ID) instead of following the above steps each time (supported mobile devices only).
Getting started
App
First, update to the latest version. To do this, just click on the icon of your device's app store below and select 'Update'.
Online
Simply head to Online Member Services!
Setting up
1. Membership details
- Enter Membership number
- Enter (existing) Password
- Accept Terms & Conditions
2. Select verification option
If there’s a mobile number and email address attached to your membership, you’ll have four choices:
'None' is the default selection. If you don't want two-step verification right away, you can do it later. It'll be an option each time you log in.
3. Confirm verification option
Follow the set-up steps for your chosen code delivery method (see above!)
What else is new?
Your new login screen also incudes links for resetting your password and registering to access a membership for the first time.
