What’s Online Member Services?

Online Member Services is a secure online member portal, where you can:

  • Check your cover info
  • Update your contact details
  • Edit your payment details
  • Make basic changes to your membership
  • And more!

Here's how to get started:

Set up your account

If you’re new to Nurses & Midwives Health – or haven’t used the member app – follow the steps below. Your newly-created password will apply to the app and Online Member Services.

Please note that there’s one shared login per membership, which is linked to the primary member’s details (e.g. mobile number, email).

  • Go to Login
  • Select Register
  • Enter Membership number
  • Enter Surname and Date of birth (primary member)
  • Choose how to get a verification code
  • Enter Code
  • Create Password

Existing app users

If you’ve already registered on the app, simply go to Online Member Services and use your app password to log in.

If you’re unsure what it is, use the ‘forgot password’ link to reset it. See how
