What if I can't see my transaction in the Member Rewards portal?
1. Check the Member Rewards portal and confirm that you made a transaction at a current Covalent API partner retailer (they are subject to change).
2. Check that you paid using a debit or credit card linked to your Member Rewards account (and not via PayPal or Afterpay).
3. Remember that it can take three to five days to see a transaction in the Member Rewards portal.
