What is two-step verification?

It’s an additional layer of protection for your personal information. While two-step verification isn’t mandatory, we strongly recommend it.

How it works

Once set up, logging into the Nurses & Midwives Health app and/or Online Member Services requires either:

  1. Password and verification code (new code delivered for each login).
  2. Biometrics login (supported mobile devices only). 

Receiving codes

During set-up you choose to get your codes via either:

    1. SMS
    2. Email
    3. App (e.g. Microsoft Authenticator)

Your choice will be saved for future logins.
