How do I set up two-step verification?
If you're already using the Nurses & Midwives Health member app or Online Member Services, here's what to do:
- App – Go to the App Store or Google Play and update to the latest version
- Online Member Services – Go to Login
Then follow steps 1-3:
1. Membership details
- Enter Membership number
- Enter (existing) Password*
- Accept Terms & Conditions
2. Select verification option
If there’s a mobile number and email address attached to your membership, you’ll have four choices:

Follow the set-up steps for your chosen code delivery method (see above!).
*Can't remember it? See reset password
^None is the default selection. If you don't want to set up two-step verification right away, you can do it later. It'll be an option each time you log in with your password.
