How do I set up email verification?
If you're already using the Nurses & Midwives Health member app or Online Member Services, here's how to set up two-step verification via email:
- App – Go to the App Store orGoogle Play and update to the latest version, then open the app
- Online Member Services – Go to Login
Then follow steps 1-3:
1. Membership details
- Enter Membership number
- Enter (existing) Password*
- Accept Terms & Conditions
2. Select verification option
If there’s a mobile number and email address attached to your membership, you’ll have four choices – select Email:
- SMS
- Authenticator app
- None
3. Confirm verification option
Codes will be sent to the primary member's email address.
- Select Send code
- Enter Verification code
- Select Submit code
- Done!
