How can I set up direct credit for claims payments?
Your direct credit account is where we pay benefits (for claims that aren’t processed on the spot).
You can add/change your direct credit details via the Nurses & Midwives Health app or Online Member Services:
- Log in
- Go to Membership
- Go to Payment details - claims
- Select the Edit icon next to Account holder name
- Enter Account holder name
- Enter BSB
- Enter Account number
- Click Update
