What are my payment options?
You can pay by direct debit, credit card (via app or Online Member Services), via BPAY or in-person at our Member Care Counters.
Direct debit
Choose from fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, six-monthly or annual payments. See how:
- Direct debit – you pay your premiums
- Direct credit – we pay your claims.
Credit card
Via the Nurses & Midwives Health app or Online Member Services:
- Log in
- Go to Make a payment
1. Select option
- Choose Enter amount or Select new paid-to date
2. Enter details
- Enter amount or date
3. Card details
- Enter Cardholder name
- Enter Credit card number
- Enter Expiry date
- Enter CVV
- Click Next
4. Review details
- Review payment info
- Tick Send receipt by email/SMS (if required)
- Tick Declaration box
- Click Pay now
BPAY
If you don't have it stored, you'll find your Customer Reference Number on your annual premium notification (also known as your Rate Change Notice).
You can check this anytime via the app or Online Member Services:
- Log in
- Go to Inbox
- Locate your latest Rate Change Notice
- Open the file and scroll down to the BPAY section
- Note down your CRN (underneath the Biller code)
In person
Visit the Member Care Counter at the Surry Hills or Parramatta Health Centre.
