How can I change my direct debit bank account details?
You can do this via the Nurses & Midwives Health app or Online Member Services:
- Log in
- Go to Membership
- Go to Payment details - premiums
- Select the Edit icon next to Type
- Enter Account holder name
- Enter BSB
- Enter Account number
- Tick box to use same details for claims payments (optional)
- Read and tick box to accept Direct debit terms & conditions
- Click Update
