Who are recognised counselling providers?

To be recognised, providers must meet both of the following criteria:

  • be a member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) or the Australian Counselling Association (ACA); and
  • be registered with the Australian Regional Health Group (ARHG)

We only recognise these providers to ensure they hold relevant qualifications and appropriate training.
